The spring on my garage door broke last night, essentially trapping my vehicle. After doing a Google search, I chose Precision Garage Door Service due to their 4.9 star rating. I called after normal operating hours, and reached someone who took my information and scheduled a technician for this morning between 8 and noon. At around 9:30 am, Tristan and Mason arrived to assess the damage. I was given a detailed explanation of the problem and what was needed/recommended to fix it. The repair was done in a reasonable time frame, and I was pleased with the results. Both Tristan and Mason were pleasant, professional, and efficient.
