The experience was great from the start. I phoned off of google and spoke to a lady that does appointments. She was great in explaining. She set up the appointment and I also got a text, which I like. Coby Boyd, the experienced technician called to say he was on his way and also texted. He came and put in the garage door opener and it was a fantastic experience. He knew what he was doing and explained to my 81 year old mom what he was doing every step of the way. We couldn’t be more happy with Precision and Coby. Thank you again.

My wife and I were stuck at home this morning when we went to open our garage door and it would not open due to a broken spring. When I called Precision Garage Door, they were able to get a technician out to my home within two hours. The technician sent me a text when he was on his way. When Trevor Ramirez arrived, he looked at the job and gave me the estimate. I approved it and he replaced both springs. He was very professional and efficient, getting the job done in a timely manner. We were pleased to get this handled in this manner.

Our garage was off the track & about to fall on our truck. We had to put a ladder under it to hold it up. We called late on Saturday & they said they would be out Sunday between 2 & 4pm. Malaki arrived about noon, he called first to see if okay to come early. The door needed a lot of repairs so we decided to purchase a new one. We did not think he would be able to get the door to ever close again but he did. I know he could have completely fixed the door but we decided to order a new door. He did not pressure us, or even suggest a new door. The door is safe until the new one arrives and after watching him perform miracles on the repair I feel it will be perfect when he leaves. I’ll complete another review after the new door is installed.

I made a call and within 1 hour or so I had a call from Trevor saying he was 10 min away . Trevor was very professional and knew his job very well . He quoted me a price for new rollers and the diagnostic on the door which was completely fair in my opinion. Although I asked him for an estimate on replacing the whole door with a new one with all new hardware, tracks , springs , rollers Ect…. The estimate was overwhelmingly fair and he repaired it to move up and down manually till the new door was in and ready to be installed . I so appreciated his kindness , professionalism, and non pushy attitude he is one awesome individual with vast knowledge in his respective field I’m in the Car business and understand a true professional that has passion for his craft. Was new to the area. After reviewing other reviews of Precision Door I gave a call. The text message I received actually made me smile, it was the photographer of the service tech, followed by a short biography of the same person. Possible one of the best customer service moves I’ve ever seen during my 68 years. Trevor represented the company very well. He explained everything he was going to do and advised the price before beginning. It wasn’t a difficult job, but based on today’s performance any future needs will be performed by Precision.
