I called this morning, a Saturday, expecting to make an appointment, but was happy to find that a technician was available in less than a few hours. Dillon arrived on time and assessed the situation. When I called the lady was very nice and professional. This company is great. They got my broken spring fixed the same afternoon. The gentleman that repaired my garage door was very courteous and professional also. He replaced the spring in a short amount of time. He called me about a half hour before he arrived. I have not received a statement showing what work was done and showing the 3-year warranty promised. The work was fine, but the lack of a receipt for services paid is annoying.

There is no place for zero stars. Mason was there for less than an hour and charged $628 for fixing the door and replacing 2 cables. He was also trying to sell me some $1600 product. Complete scam artist.
