Dillon Harris, the door tech that visited us, was cordial, professional, and very thorough. He gave us a review of the current issues we were having with our garage door and gave recommendations and quotes for replacement. He made sure my wife and I understood everything discussed. We'll definitely be doing business with Precision.

Dillon arrived as scheduled and got the job done quickly and profiently. Was friendly and explained everything well. I chose Precision off of reviews on Google. I'm not a technology person, but just moved her a few years ago from a other state and we don't know anyone to call for repairs. Reviews is all we have.

The person on the phone was friendly and helpful. We got a next day appointment at 8am. Dillon was kind enough to offer to pick up anything I would need from the convenience store he stopped at to get gas. On time, quick to get the job done, and supper nice guy. He explained what, why, and how he would fix everything. The door works better than it ever has. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Cody is personable and professional. He explained his estimate and suggested fixes, including us in the process. His work was excellent. His estimate of his arrival time was off, however, due to having service calls far from us.

Mason was our technician and he was great! He recommended the appropriate garage door opener, answered all my questions, and installed the new garage door opener professionally and quickly. He was pleasantly engaging and I could tell he loves what he does. He even went the extra mile to tweak the garage door to make it super quiet when it opens! Will definitely ask for Mason in the future.

I called this morning, a Saturday, expecting to make an appointment, but was happy to find that a technician was available in less than a few hours. Dillon arrived on time and assessed the situation. He was thorough, polite, and was happy to answer all of my questions. When he left, my garage door was working great. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Dillon was excellent and went the extra mile to replace a worn out garage door opener and rollers on two other garage doors. My install was unusual, took extra time and uncommon tools and required two trips with no extra charge! I highly recommend Dillon and Precision and will use them for all my future garage door needs!
