Thank you for sending out your Best Guy for the job! The young man you sent out lubricated the moving parts on our 20 year old garage door, and he noticed the old worn out wheels and replaced them with new ones in under ten minutes! He also explained to me what needed to be lubricated. The problem I called him out about didn't duplicate itself so just let him see what needed to be repaired and he did a great job! And he gave us a veterans discount, which helped us out. Thank you so much! You are all very appreciated!

We ordered our new garage door in November 2024. It didn’t arrive for almost 2 months, then finally installed. Noticed after they left a panel didn’t match. So they had to come out and take pictures, then reorder a panel. Two more months, the panel arrives, but they didn’t tell me, I had to call to get an update! A week later, it gets installed only to find out, the wrong color! So have to order a whole new door, which will be ‘3 weeks’! Beyond frustrating as a new door ordered November 2024 will HOPEFULLY get installed right by June 2025! Come on now….do better!!!!!
