There is no place for zero stars. Mason was there for less than an hour and charged $628 for fixing the door and replacing 2 cables. He was also trying to sell me some $1600 product. Complete scam artist.

We ordered our new garage door in November 2024. It didn’t arrive for almost 2 months, then finally installed. Noticed after they left a panel didn’t match. So they had to come out and take pictures, then reorder a panel. Two more months, the panel arrives, but they didn’t tell me, I had to call to get an update! A week later, it gets installed only to find out, the wrong color! So have to order a whole new door, which will be ‘3 weeks’! Beyond frustrating as a new door ordered November 2024 will HOPEFULLY get installed right by June 2025! Come on now….do better!!!!!
