Was new to the area. After reviewing other reviews of Precision Door I gave a call.
The text message I received actually made me smile, it was the photographer of the service tech, followed by a short biography of the same person. Possible one of the best customer service moves I’ve ever seen during my 68 years.
Trevor represented the company very well. He explained everything he was going to do and advised the price before beginning. It wasn’t a difficult job, but based on today’s performance any future needs will be performed by Precision.
