Mason was our technician and he was great! He recommended the appropriate garage door opener, answered all my questions, and installed the new garage door opener professionally and quickly. He was pleasantly engaging and I could tell he loves what he does. He even went the extra mile to tweak the garage door to make it super quiet when it opens! When I called the lady was very nice and professional. This company is great. They got my broken spring fixed the same afternoon. The gentleman that repaired my garage door was very courteous and professional also. He replaced the spring in a short amount of time. He called me about a half hour before he arrived. I have not received a statement showing what work was done and showing the 3-year warranty promised. The work was fine, but the lack of a receipt for services paid is annoying.

The spring on my garage door broke last night, essentially trapping my vehicle. After doing a Google search, I chose Precision Garage Door Service due to their 4.9 star rating. I called after normal operating hours, and reached someone who took my information and scheduled a technician for this morning between 8 and noon. At around 9:30 am, Tristan and Mason arrived to assess the damage. I was given a detailed explanation of the problem and what was needed/recommended to fix it. The repair was done in a reasonable time frame, and I was pleased with the results. Both Tristan and Mason were pleasant, professional, and efficient. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

I called Precision mid-afternoon on Friday when my garage door opener stopped working. They immediately offerred an appointment the same afternoon and installed a new (and better) opener the same day. Trevor was knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. Thank you for sending out your Best Guy for the job! The young man you sent out lubricated the moving parts on our 20 year old garage door, and he noticed the old worn out wheels and replaced them with new ones in under ten minutes! He also explained to me what needed to be lubricated. The problem I called him out about didn't duplicate itself so just let him see what needed to be repaired and he did a great job! And he gave us a veterans discount, which helped us out. Thank you so much! You are all very appreciated!

We realized that our garage door wouldn't open Thursday evening and discovered that one of the springs had broken. We were concerned that we would have to go through the weekend with it not working and try to get it repaired the next week which was already tightly scheduled. I called Doug about 800 Friday morning and he answered and was able to schedule a technician to check out the problem at noon the same day. Coby had a cancelation so actually arrived early and evaluated the situation. He confirmed the broken spring and gave me several options for the repair and explained the advantages of each. About 30 minutes after informed him which repair option i chose, Coby had the repair completed. Then he walked me through the recommended maintenance for the components and presented me the invoice. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I felt that the repair option is chose was reasonably priced and it also included a 5-year warranty. I am very pleased with the prompt response and courteous service and would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.
