Quality of service was great. Came out early in the morning. And called ahead. 5 stars for that. Did a great, quick job. 5 stars. But the price for the 1 spring i needed was over priced.

I have not received a statement showing what work was done and showing the 3-year warranty promised. The work was fine, but the lack of a receipt for services paid is annoying.

My new residence needed the garage door openers serviced. I found several companies listed under "garage door repair". Precision was able to get to me the same day which I needed. The technician, Coby, called to say he could be earlier than planned which worked for me. He was very professional and explained what he would do as well as estimates for other options if I wanted them. The work was performed satisfactorily and all issues corrected. The new item was installed, tested and explained to my expectations. My only negative is the 3% service charge if I had used a credit card for payment. Fortunately they will take cash or checks. It should have been stated upfront when I scheduled service.
