Garage Door Opener Repair
I messaged Precision on Friday night about 10:00 to see if they could get someone out on Saturday for repair. Received a very quick reply that someone could be here between 8:00-10:00 Saturday morning. Great communication to keep me informed of the status. Tristen arrived just before 8:00, explained what he saw as the issue and described what he would do to repair and how much it would cost. Very personable young man. He worked quickly and effectively and had the door working properly within a little over an hour at the price he had estimated. Would use Precision again if the need arises.
