Precision Garage Door Services arrived promptly on time. They were very polite and professional. Trevor and his helper worked with me to help decide what services I needed to keep my 40 year old garage door safe and operating smoothly. Now I can’t hardly hear it going up and down like I used to. Fantastic job!

I have not received a statement showing what work was done and showing the 3-year warranty promised. The work was fine, but the lack of a receipt for services paid is annoying.

There is no place for zero stars. Mason was there for less than an hour and charged $628 for fixing the door and replacing 2 cables. He was also trying to sell me some $1600 product. Complete scam artist.

Top notch and fast service the next day. Called them out for a tune up (all rotating hardware changed out) and went with upgrading the hardware. All original equipment when built so long overdue. Mason did a great job and very friendly.

Very professional company. Technician was fabulous. He came for routine preventative maintenance and naturally recommended some additional services. He was courteous when I rejected the recommendations. No hard sell. He completed the routine service. I will definitely call on Precision again and will highly recommend them.

Mason , did a very thorough inspection of the 3 doors that were installed in 1985. I was needing a bid to install 2 wall mounted garage door openers. It looks like I need to push this project down the road some. Your company has a real keeper in Mason , but I’m sure you know that . It was a pleasure to have him in my home .

We called and got scheduled for service the next day. The service man, Tristan, was so polite and knowledgeable. He gave us a quote with 2 options. When we agreed on what he would repair, he went right to work and was done in no time. Would definitely recommend their service.

The spring on my garage door broke last night, essentially trapping my vehicle. After doing a Google search, I chose Precision Garage Door Service due to their 4.9 star rating. I called after normal operating hours, and reached someone who took my information and scheduled a technician for this morning between 8 and noon. At around 9:30 am, Tristan and Mason arrived to assess the damage. I was given a detailed explanation of the problem and what was needed/recommended to fix it. The repair was done in a reasonable time frame, and I was pleased with the results. Both Tristan and Mason were pleasant, professional, and efficient. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.
