The person on the phone was friendly and helpful. We got a next day appointment at 8am. Dillon was kind enough to offer to pick up anything I would need from the convenience store he stopped at to get gas. On time, quick to get the job done, and supper nice guy. I called this morning, a Saturday, expecting to make an appointment, but was happy to find that a technician was available in less than a few hours. Dillon arrived on time and assessed the situation. He was thorough, polite, and was happy to answer all of my questions. When he left, my garage door was working great. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Dillon was excellent and went the extra mile to replace a worn out garage door opener and rollers on two other garage doors. My install was unusual, took extra time and uncommon tools and required two trips with no extra charge! I highly recommend Dillon and Precision and will use them for all my future garage door needs!
