My new residence needed the garage door openers serviced. I found several companies listed under "garage door repair". Precision was able to get to me the same day which I needed. The technician, Coby, called to say he could be earlier than planned which worked for me. He was very professional and explained what he would do as well as estimates for other options if I wanted them. The work was performed satisfactorily and all issues corrected. The new item was installed, tested and explained to my expectations. My only negative is the 3% service charge if I had used a credit card for payment. Fortunately they will take cash or checks. It should have been stated upfront when I scheduled service.

When I called Precision Garage Door, they were able to get a technician out to my home within two hours. The technician sent me a text when he was on his way. When Trevor Ramirez arrived, he looked at the job and gave me the estimate. I approved it and he replaced both springs. He was very professional and efficient, getting the job done in a timely manner. We were pleased to get this handled in this manner.

We ordered our new garage door in November 2024. It didn’t arrive for almost 2 months, then finally installed. Noticed after they left a panel didn’t match. So they had to come out and take pictures, then reorder a panel. Two more months, the panel arrives, but they didn’t tell me, I had to call to get an update! A week later, it gets installed only to find out, the wrong color! So have to order a whole new door, which will be ‘3 weeks’! Beyond frustrating as a new door ordered November 2024 will HOPEFULLY get installed right by June 2025! Come on now….do better!!!!!

I made a call and within 1 hour or so I had a call from Trevor saying he was 10 min away . Trevor was very professional and knew his job very well . He quoted me a price for new rollers and the diagnostic on the door which was completely fair in my opinion. Although I asked him for an estimate on replacing the whole door with a new one with all new hardware, tracks , springs , rollers Ect…. The estimate was overwhelmingly fair and he repaired it to move up and down manually till the new door was in and ready to be installed . I so appreciated his kindness , professionalism, and non pushy attitude he is one awesome individual with vast knowledge in his respective field I’m in the Car business and understand a true professional that has passion for his craft. Thinking the worse, I believed a portion of the garage door would need to be replaced and would cost quite a bit.
