Was new to the area. After reviewing other reviews of Precision Door I gave a call. The text message I received actually made me smile, it was the photographer of the service tech, followed by a short biography of the same person. Possible one of the best customer service moves I’ve ever seen during my 68 years. Trevor represented the company very well. He explained everything he was going to do and advised the price before beginning. It wasn’t a difficult job, but based on today’s performance any future needs will be performed by Precision. My garage door was damaged yesterday morning early, called Precision Garage Door Service and was pleasantly surprised that they would be able to send someone out the same day. In fact, Dennis the Precision repairman, was at my home within two hours of my call to them. Thinking the worse, I believed a portion of the garage door would need to be replaced and would cost quite a bit. To our surprise, Dennis was able to repair our garage door at an outstanding discounted rate. We are indebted to Precision Garage Door Service of Northeast Texas and they have found a loyal lifetime customer!

The technician Seth Poteet was very personable and knowledgeable about the replacement equipment needed for the garage door repair. He started work immediately and was able to finish the repair very quickly. I am very pleased how quick this was taken care of from the time I called to the next day service . I have 5 garage doors (2 house, 2 guest house and 1 boat house) and use to use OGD but I had a bad experience when I tried to get OGD to install the new switch. I called to get my door serviced. Dylan came out as scheduled. He was very friendly/professional. It turned out I was going to have to spend more money than expected. The gave offered two options- one cheaper than the other. I have no reason to believe their prices are not consistent with other vendors. Both offered different warranties. If needed, I’ll use them again.
