I chose this company over others based upon response, showing up on time and they completed the job within the timeline they promised. The products they installed are top notch and work well...no issues. Overall, I give them a Grade AAA rating and thank their techs for getting my garage door springs and new openers replaced and operating like new.

My new residence needed the garage door openers serviced. I found several companies listed under "garage door repair". Precision was able to get to me the same day which I needed. The technician, Coby, called to say he could be earlier than planned which worked for me. He was very professional and explained what he would do as well as estimates for other options if I wanted them. The work was performed satisfactorily and all issues corrected. The new item was installed, tested and explained to my expectations. My only negative is the 3% service charge if I had used a credit card for payment. Fortunately they will take cash or checks. It should have been stated upfront when I scheduled service.

My wife and I were stuck at home this morning when we went to open our garage door and it would not open due to a broken spring. When I called Precision Garage Door, they were able to get a technician out to my home within two hours. The technician sent me a text when he was on his way. When Trevor Ramirez arrived, he looked at the job and gave me the estimate. I approved it and he replaced both springs. He was very professional and efficient, getting the job done in a timely manner. We were pleased to get this handled in this manner.

We ordered our new garage door in November 2024. It didn’t arrive for almost 2 months, then finally installed. Noticed after they left a panel didn’t match. So they had to come out and take pictures, then reorder a panel. Two more months, the panel arrives, but they didn’t tell me, I had to call to get an update! A week later, it gets installed only to find out, the wrong color! So have to order a whole new door, which will be ‘3 weeks’! Beyond frustrating as a new door ordered November 2024 will HOPEFULLY get installed right by June 2025! Come on now….do better!!!!!

Our garage was off the track & about to fall on our truck. We had to put a ladder under it to hold it up. We called late on Saturday & they said they would be out Sunday between 2 & 4pm. Malaki arrived about noon, he called first to see if okay to come early. The door needed a lot of repairs so we decided to purchase a new one. We did not think he would be able to get the door to ever close again but he did. I know he could have completely fixed the door but we decided to order a new door. He did not pressure us, or even suggest a new door. The door is safe until the new one arrives and after watching him perform miracles on the repair I feel it will be perfect when he leaves. I’ll complete another review after the new door is installed.

I made a call and within 1 hour or so I had a call from Trevor saying he was 10 min away . Trevor was very professional and knew his job very well . He quoted me a price for new rollers and the diagnostic on the door which was completely fair in my opinion. Although I asked him for an estimate on replacing the whole door with a new one with all new hardware, tracks , springs , rollers Ect…. The estimate was overwhelmingly fair and he repaired it to move up and down manually till the new door was in and ready to be installed . I so appreciated his kindness , professionalism, and non pushy attitude he is one awesome individual with vast knowledge in his respective field I’m in the Car business and understand a true professional that has passion for his craft. I wanted you to know Trevor is an asset to your company , and represents very well . Thank you again N Cortinas Tyler Tx.

I really appreciate the service Malaki provided. He walked me through a few different options: a simple repair, a full upgrade and restoration, and one in between. He showed up ready to work and my problem was solved that day. Again, I am very happy with the service that was provided.

Was new to the area. After reviewing other reviews of Precision Door I gave a call. The text message I received actually made me smile, it was the photographer of the service tech, followed by a short biography of the same person. Possible one of the best customer service moves I’ve ever seen during my 68 years. Trevor represented the company very well. He explained everything he was going to do and advised the price before beginning. It wasn’t a difficult job, but based on today’s performance any future needs will be performed by Precision. Thank you M. Merriam

My garage door was damaged yesterday morning early, called Precision Garage Door Service and was pleasantly surprised that they would be able to send someone out the same day. In fact, Dennis the Precision repairman, was at my home within two hours of my call to them. Thinking the worse, I believed a portion of the garage door would need to be replaced and would cost quite a bit. To our surprise, Dennis was able to repair our garage door at an outstanding discounted rate. We are indebted to Precision Garage Door Service of Northeast Texas and they have found a loyal lifetime customer!

The technician Seth Poteet was very personable and knowledgeable about the replacement equipment needed for the garage door repair. He started work immediately and was able to finish the repair very quickly. I am very pleased how quick this was taken care of from the time I called to the next day service . It was also comforting to get a text message with the technicians information ahead of time. Thank you for your help!
