I made a call and within 1 hour or so I had a call from Trevor saying he was 10 min away . Trevor was very professional and knew his job very well . He quoted me a price for new rollers and the diagnostic on the door which was completely fair in my opinion. Although I asked him for an estimate on replacing the whole door with a new one with all new hardware, tracks , springs , rollers Ect…. The estimate was overwhelmingly fair and he repaired it to move up and down manually till the new door was in and ready to be installed . I so appreciated his kindness , professionalism, and non pushy attitude he is one awesome individual with vast knowledge in his respective field I’m in the Car business and understand a true professional that has passion for his craft. My garage door was damaged yesterday morning early, called Precision Garage Door Service and was pleasantly surprised that they would be able to send someone out the same day. In fact, Dennis the Precision repairman, was at my home within two hours of my call to them. Thinking the worse, I believed a portion of the garage door would need to be replaced and would cost quite a bit. To our surprise, Dennis was able to repair our garage door at an outstanding discounted rate. I called to get my door serviced. Dylan came out as scheduled. He was very friendly/professional. It turned out I was going to have to spend more money than expected. The gave offered two options- one cheaper than the other. I have no reason to believe their prices are not consistent with other vendors. Both offered different warranties. If needed, I’ll use them again.
